Shizim Group enlarges its holdings within the Cann10 Company and becomes its major shareholder.
Cann10, a leading company in medical cannabis industry in Israel, is happy to announce of reaching an agreement with Seach, signed on 31 of December 2020, by which it acquires Seach’s shares. The acquisition was made by Yossi Bornstein and Kobi Caspi, the owners of the Shizim Group.
